Inspiration: Chic Home Decors

My mom says I have an eye for pretty things...
Something I didn't realize until I got into styling.
Maybe I do, maybe I don't...
It's all in the matter of taste. I think.

So here I am browsing through beautifully decorated apartments. I do this for inspiration. Same goes with how I browse through my magazines over and over again. This habit of mine is what keeps my brain functioning...(I'm weird like that).

Here's what I came up with today. These images will serve as my peg for my condo re-decorating extravaganza.
Tell me what you think!
(It has always been a dream of mine to have my own library... With a built-in shelf placed against my wall. To be surrounded by all my books - Heaven! This is of course not possible for my condo, but there's nothing wrong with dreaming right? Maybe in the future...)

(I looove the wallpaper! And the vintage chair and desk.)

(Don't you just love how romantic this house feels? I mean the pink is a major giveaway... but the furnitures and the decors... Lovely!)

(A grand idea to have vintage Vogue covers framed and place on the walls!)

(If the space and budget permits... I would like to have a personal office in my future house, a place to work peacefully. Of course this will be completely unachievable for my condo... I'll just have my desk painted white and have it placed in a corner by my window.... Tada, tiny personal office!)

Regalong Pambahay Outlet (Pioneer)

Planning on changing the look of my condo... From Beachy to Vintage French Apartment Chic! So if you're interested in beach decors, let me know. I'm selling all my Tikki Candle Holder, Beach Signs, etc... Ohhhh! I'm selling my Surfboard too! (FYI!) Last July, I started buying vintage frames and decor from Russ and flea markets... They're actually for the wedding. But since I don't feel like being the Beachy girl forever, I've decided to use them as decors in my condo. I also bought damask pillowcases from Landmark. Unfortunately, since I bought them for 60php... They sort of shrunk... Thus, I was devastated. I am not forced to buy high quality pillowcases from Rustan's or have them made.

Then after my interview at an office in Pioneer street last week. I've decided to go to the Regalong Pambahay Outlet and see what I can find there... If you're like me who loves Damask and French decor then I'm pretty sure you'll feel like a little kid in a huge candy store. I wanted all of their stuff. It was indeed a bit of a torture for me since all their items are 15% off from their original price. I did decide to hold back but when you're there you just could not resist buying these decorative pieces as well...
